• Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Adapt communication style to fit the personality and specific needs of customers.
• Process orders, forms, and requests; directing unresolved issues to the necessary parties.
• Accurately and authentically represents products and services offered by the company.
• Promote a team atmosphere and provide feedback to other departments regarding customer concerns and suggestions.
