Our average staff member has been with us for 20 years. We have great energy and digital technology. Our office is a focused, low-pressure team that supports you, as an autonomous provider. We love to celebrate each other! Since both doctors wear fun socks, for Dr. Soult's birthday the staff secretly bought socks with his face on them! We also encourage laughter with each other and our patients. One year, a patient had the idea to work with the front office staff to pull an April Fool's joke on Dr. Soult. After placing a one visit crown made in our office, the front office came back to Dr. Soult and told him the patients crown had fallen off. Razzled, and trying to figure out how this could have even happened, Dr. Soult went up to the front desk, loupes and gloves ready, and even had the patient open to check. Once he saw that the crown was still bonded in place, he knew what we were up to and everyone had a good laugh.
