Salary Range:  $16.00 - $18.00 hour

We are seeking a Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team—someone consistent, dependable, and looking for long-term growth with a company that truly values its people.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with both in-office and remote hours.

In Office:

  • Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Remote:

  • Sunday Evening: 1–2 hours (flexible)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones with professionalism and warmth, providing outstanding support to customers and vendors

  • Schedule roof inspections and coordinate with our representatives

  • Manage data entry and job updates in our CRM system

  • Assist office staff with daily tasks and office needs

  • Support management with scheduling, data entry, and administrative duties

  • Send and distribute important documents

  • Register warranties and assist with insurance scheduling

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence

  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  • Comfortable using CRM and other web-based platforms

  • Familiar with social media platforms and open to learning new technology

  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Consistent, dependable, and seeking long-term growth with a company

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to support both office staff and management

  • Reliable with the ability to manage both in-office and remote responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the roofing, construction, or home services industry

  • Experience using CRM or project management software (e.g., AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills

  • Background in customer service handling scheduling, warranty, or insurance processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate office and team needs
