We are seeking a Front Desk Support Specialist to join our team—someone consistent, dependable, and looking for long-term growth with a company that truly values its people.
⭐ Work Schedule
This is a part-time position with both in-office and remote hours.
In Office:
Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Remote:
Sunday Evening: 1–2 hours (flexible)
⭐ What You’ll Do
Answer phones with professionalism and warmth, providing outstanding support to customers and vendors
Schedule roof inspections and coordinate with our representatives
Manage data entry and job updates in our CRM system
Assist office staff with daily tasks and office needs
Support management with scheduling, data entry, and administrative duties
Send and distribute important documents
Register warranties and assist with insurance scheduling
⭐ Requirements
Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Comfortable using CRM and other web-based platforms
Familiar with social media platforms and open to learning new technology
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Consistent, dependable, and seeking long-term growth with a company
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to support both office staff and management
Reliable with the ability to manage both in-office and remote responsibilities

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the roofing, construction, or home services industry
Experience using CRM or project management software (e.g., AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Salesforce, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
Background in customer service handling scheduling, warranty, or insurance processes
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations
A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate office and team needs
