We're looking for someone with experience in writing Insurance Estimates and Supplements. A background in roofing is a plus along with a work history of 3+ years in insurance/adjusting or related experience is REQUIRED.

This position is a great part time opportunity for extra cash, if you have flexibility to be available during business hours for assignments, you can work after hours as needed .  Our office is in Mesa, AZ, it would be great to meet you in person occasionally but this job can be fulfilled as a fully remote position as well, for the right candidate. MUST be available during AZ business hours.

Job Duties:

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination within insurance program assignments, insurance estimating/supplementing, and inspection reports
• Write detailed estimates for insurance roofing projects
• Review and prepare insurance inspection reports and invoices as needed
• Create, send, and negotiate insurance supplements through to completion (roofing and insurance background required)
• Handle insurance repair program estimates and corrections, and related paperwork

 Experience Required:

• Previous experience writing Insurance Estimates and Supplements in the Roofing industry (please provide work samples and references)
• Proficiency with Xactimate, Symbility, CRM Systems (we can train you), and Insurance Guaranteed Repair Program Work
• Background in Roofing, Insurance Adjusting, or Independent Adjusting work is required
• Creative and thorough writing experience with proper grammar and articulation is imperative
• A team player and sales driven mindset is expected
