What You’ll Do Assist our dentists with a variety of clinical procedures and chairside care:

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
• Capture digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and extraoral photos
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep precise, up-to-date digital patient records
• Deliver excellent chairside support and create a calm, welcoming experience
• Lend a hand with front office tasks as needed
• What We’re Looking For Active Tennessee RDA license (required)
• Radiology certification (required)
• CPR certification (preferred or must obtain upon hire)
• Experience with digital dentistry and dental software (OpenDental + Modento)
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about patient care
