What You’ll Do

• Lead and support front office operations to ensure an outstanding patient experience
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and daily office efficiency
• Oversee billing, insurance coordination, and collections performance 
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive improvement
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support practice growth

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental office experience (management or leadership preferred)
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling systems
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Growth mindset with a desire to develop professionally over time
