• The practice exudes luxury & sophistication, using very latest technology & equipment to deliver notch quality of care and service level 

• Privately owned, single location practice. We treat staff like family & patients like friends (non-corporate!). We have 6 hygienists, 2 visiting oral surgeons & our own master ceramist. Averaging 60 new patients per month by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell)   

• Primarily Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier, so looking for someone whose values align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity

 Role Overview: 

• Face of the practice - making sure the hygiene & dental schedule is optimized, greeting patients, answering phones, text messaging, maintaining patient records & coordinating patient flow
• Present dental treatment as needed, support patient care coordinators & dentists, assist with strategic marketing activities, coordinate lunch & learns / team activities

Requirements: 

• Min 3 yrs using Dentrix in dental front office

Office hours:  

Mon to Thurs 8am-5pm, every 2nd Fri 8am-2pm
