** Reception / Scheduling Coordinator - Beautiful Cosmetic Practice **

The practice exudes luxury & sophistication, using very latest technology & equipment to deliver notch quality of care and service level

Privately owned, single location practice. We treat staff like family & patients like friends (non-corporate!). We have 6 hygienists, 2 visiting oral surgeons & our own master ceramist. Averaging 60 new patients per month by being ethical, forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell)

Primarily Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier, so looking for someone whose values align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity

Role Overview:

You are the face of the practice - making sure schedule is full & optimized, scheduling hygiene & dental procedures, greeting patients, answering phones, text messaging, maintaining patient records and coordinating patient flow
Present dental treatment as needed, support patient care coordinator & visiting specialists (oral surgeon, implantologist, endodontist), assisting with strategic marketing activities, coordinating lunch & leans and team building activities

Requirements:

Min 3 yrs in dental front office
Min 2 yrs using Dentrix

Office hours:

Mon to Thurs 8am-5pm, every 2nd Fri 8am-2pm
