Residential Cleaning Specialist | $20–$27/hr. + Tips | W-2 

Location: Hiring candidates in/near Elgin, IL (Office in Barrington)

About Us:  Join a company trusted by local families for over 40 years! Happy Maids is actively hiring daytime home cleaners residing in or near Palatine. We focus on recurring clients, meaning you get steady, consistent, year-round hours with an appreciative customer base.

  • Family-Friendly Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime shifts only.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Use your reliable vehicle to commute to scheduled residential cleaning routes.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and meticulously sanitize home interiors.
  • Note and report any client requests or property maintenance concerns to the office.
  • Work efficiently as a solo cleaner or collaboratively in small teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and independent, reliable transportation.
  • Comfortably lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, and staying active all day.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.
