What You'll Do Each Day
- Travel to clients' homes throughout the northwest suburbs using your own reliable transportation
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Perform occasional detail cleaning such as baseboards, window sills, and other deep-cleaning tasks
- Work independently in smaller homes and with other team members on larger cleaning projects
- All cleaning supplies, equipment, and training are provided by Happy Maids
- Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, or client requests
Training & Support
- Paid training provided
- New employees work alongside an experienced trainer
- Training typically lasts 1–3 weeks depending on experience level
- No professional cleaning experience required
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background check
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift, bend, reach, and be on your feet during shifts
- Works well independently and with a team
- Flexible weekday availability
- Work schedules are assigned Monday-Friday. Depending on availability, start times typically range from 7:00am to 9:00am, and most team members finish their workday between 3:00pm and 5:00pm
Service Area
We clean homes throughout Barrington, Crystal Lake, Cary, Lake Zurich, Algonquin, Hoffman Estates, and surrounding northwest suburbs.
