We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and help us continue our mission of exceeding customer expectations.

**Job Summary:**

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers.  You will be addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing phone/web orders, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and solutions.

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner or escalate them to the appropriate department as needed.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions.

- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and solutions-focused mindset.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency (experience with CRM/ERP software is a plus)
