Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by selling products and services to new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs through consultation, and recommend suitable products to meet those needs effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
- Generate actionable insights from customer feedback to aid in product enhancement and service delivery improvement.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Report on weekly and monthly sales outcomes and customer interactions by maintaining accurate records and analysis.
- Coordinate with other teams internally to ensure alignment of sales strategies and maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues briskly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in sales training and educational programs for continuous personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire and capability to excel in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and team members.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
