This role is based in retail locations, where you’ll engage directly with customers, educate them on our clients products and services, latest offerings, and help them find the best wireless and entertainment solutions to fit their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in retail locations to promote our clients products, services, and offerings.
- Educate customers on wireless plans, internet services, and device options to match their needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales and meet performance goals by assisting customers with new activations, upgrades, and service changes.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions and address concerns.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Keep track of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, engaging personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend our clients solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date with our clients' latest products and promotions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
