What you’ll do
Responsibilities
depend on the client’s care plan, but often include:
- Companion care and conversation
- Assistance with ADLs as needed (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Safe mobility support and fall prevention (transfers, walking support)
- Meal prep, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping related to the client’s care
- Medication reminders (as permitted by the care plan and regulations)
- Transportation to appointments or errands when assigned
- Observing changes in condition and communicating updates to the care team
- Basic documentation and following the care plan consistently
What we’re looking for
- Caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, hospital, etc.)
- Driver’s license required
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Strong attendance and communication (this role needs consistency)
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home while following a care plan
- Able to meet onboarding requirements and pass required background checks
Schedule & availability
- Hiring for: Full time and Part time
- Shifts: Days / Evenings / Overnights / Weekends
Pay
- Starting at $22/hr (based on experience and case needs)
