What you’ll do

Responsibilities depend on the client’s care plan, but often include:

• Companion care and conversation
• Assistance with ADLs as needed (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Safe mobility support and fall prevention (transfers, walking support)
• Meal prep, hydration reminders, and light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Medication reminders (as permitted by the care plan and regulations)
• Transportation to appointments or errands when assigned
• Observing changes in condition and communicating updates to the care team
• Basic documentation and following the care plan consistently

What we’re looking for

• Caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, hospital, etc.)
• Driver’s license required
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Strong attendance and communication (this role needs consistency)
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home while following a care plan
• Able to meet onboarding requirements and pass required background checks

Schedule & availability

• Hiring for: Full time and Part time
• Shifts: Days / Evenings / Overnights / Weekends

Pay 

• Starting at $22/hr (based on experience and case needs)
