Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Set and display small modular equipment at work sites.
- Assist customers with their product needs and services.
- Recommend product upgrades and improvements based on customer interactions and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant environment for both workers and customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new product information, sales strategies, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
