As an Entry Level Retail Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the face of the brand in key retail locations, engaging with customers to promote and showcase AT&T's products and services. You’ll be responsible for educating customers about current promotions, answering questions, and assisting with service contract enrollments, all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers in-store to promote AT&T’s products, services, and special offers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of AT&T’s offerings, including mobile plans, devices, and promotions, to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Present the features and advantages of AT&T products in an engaging and compelling manner, emphasizing current deals and exclusive promotions.
- Assist customers in the enrollment process for service contracts, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail staff and management to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve engagement strategies and refine product offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant retail or sales experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a retail environment, is preferred.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices, with a quick ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Flexible availability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
