Experienced Dental Assistant - Hillcrest Dental (Orlando)

Hillcrest Dental — voted 2026 Orlando’s Best Cosmetic Dental Practice — is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our productive, high-energy team. We are a busy practice that performs a wide range of procedures across multiple columns, and we need someone who is fast-paced, organized, and thrives in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do

•  Provide skilled chairside assistance and four-handed dentistry across multiple operatories

•  Support a variety of procedures, including cosmetic and restorative treatments

•  assist with ordering supplies and helping stay on budget

•  Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to keep the schedule moving efficiently

•  Take and process digital radiographs (where certified)

•  Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols

•  Chart accurately and help maintain smooth patient flow in a high-volume setting

•  Contribute to a calm, professional, and positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

•  3+ years of dental assisting experience (preferably in a busy or multi-column practice)

•  Comfortable and efficient in a fast-paced environment with multiple procedures and columns

•  Current radiography certification (or Florida state requirements) and CPR/BLS

•  Strong chairside skills, anticipation, and organization

•  Reliable, team-oriented, and a good cultural fit with a productive practice

•  [Add software experience if relevant, e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental]

•  [Add preferred certifications: CDA, RDA, or expanded functions if applicable]
