We’re hiring a Project Manager – Home Repair Division to lead and grow our residential service operations. This is not a desk-only role—this is a hands-on leadership position responsible for sales, scheduling, team management, and job execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners, scope projects, and close work
- Build and manage weekly schedules for technicians
- Oversee multiple residential repair projects at once
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and at a high standard
- Solve problems quickly and take ownership of results
- Drive revenue, profitability, and division growth

Compensation & Growth
- $60,000–$100,000 per year (base + performance incentives + profit sharing)
