Qualifications
5+ years of verifiable residential repair experience Strong communication skills with clients and team members Ability to independently assess and complete work without supervision Professional, organized, and dependable Comfortable using mobile apps and job management software
Experience In:
Drywall repair and finishing Painting Carpentry and trim work Door and window repairs Light plumbing Light electrical
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company standards Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job Identify additional client needs and recommend solutions when appropriate Follow company procedures, checklists, and quality standards Complete client walkthroughs upon job completion Document work with before, during, and after photos Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Collect payments and maintain accurate job records
