Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends, no overnight travel)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verifiable residential repair experience
  • Strong communication skills with clients and team members
  • Ability to independently assess and complete work without supervision
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and reliability
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and job management tools
  • Skilled in: 
    • Drywall repair and finishing
    • Painting
    • Carpentry and trim work
    • Door/window repairs
    • Light plumbing
    • Light electrical
  • Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality work that meets company standards
  • Communicate clearly with clients throughout the job
  • Identify additional client needs and recommend solutions when appropriate
  • Follow company checklists and job procedures
  • Complete project walkthroughs with clients
  • Document work with photos (before, during, after)
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle
  • Collect payments and keep job records accurate
