Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends, no overnight travel)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable residential repair experience
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Ability to independently assess and complete work without supervision
- High level of professionalism, organization, and reliability
- Comfortable using mobile apps and job management tools
- Skilled in:
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Painting
- Carpentry and trim work
- Door/window repairs
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality work that meets company standards
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout the job
- Identify additional client needs and recommend solutions when appropriate
- Follow company checklists and job procedures
- Complete project walkthroughs with clients
- Document work with photos (before, during, after)
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle
- Collect payments and keep job records accurate
