Position Overview
- We are hiring a Senior Handyman / Home Repair Technician with strong residential experience.
- This is a full-time, field-based position handling a wide variety of home repair and maintenance projects for homeowners throughout the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential handyman services including drywall repair, carpentry, door repair, light plumbing, and light electrical work
- Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently and correctly
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Maintain tools, materials, and clean jobsites
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of handyman, home repair, or residential maintenance experience
- Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Based Pay, Top Performers can earn over $30/hr.
- Paid weekly Full-time, steady year-round work
- Company vehicle eligibility after 60 days

Schedule
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No weekends No on-call shifts
Work Location
Field-based throughout Franklin, Spring Hill, Columbia, and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas
