Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Handyman / Home Repair Technician with strong residential experience. This is a full-time, field-based position handling a wide variety of home repair and maintenance projects for homeowners throughout the area.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential handyman services including drywall repair, carpentry, door repair, light plumbing, and light electrical work Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently and correctly Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site Maintain tools, materials, and clean jobsites Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of handyman, home repair, or residential maintenance experience Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing repairs Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting 50+ lbs. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
$25–$35 per hour based on experience Performance bonuses Paid weekly Full-time, steady year-round work Company vehicle eligibility after 60 days Gas allowance Paid training Advancement opportunities
Schedule
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No weekends No on-call shifts
Work Location
Field-based throughout Franklin, Spring Hill, Columbia, and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas
