This Role Is for You If You:
Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential repairs.
Can walk into a home, diagnose the issue, and solve it without hand-holding.
Are dependable, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
Take full ownership of your time, tools, and results.

Position: Home Repair Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM(No weekends. No overnight travel.)
Compensation: We operate on a performance-based pay structure—the more efficiently and accurately you work, the more you earn.Top performers make up to $31/hour by delivering high-quality work on time and exceeding expectations.

Required Skills & Traits
Highly skilled in drywall, finish carpentry, light plumbing, and light electrical
Respected by clients and teammates for your character and craftsmanship
Self-managed and great with your time
Comfortable using apps, smartphones, and digital systems on the job
Motivated to grow, earn more, and continuously improve
