POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for a hands-on growth marketing leader to build and run the growth engine. You'll own lead generation and brand awareness end to end — strategy through execution — across digital, content, and event channels, while managing internal team members and external partners to get it done. It's a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a marketing function, not just run campaigns inside one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Generation & Demand Generation
  • Own multi-channel demand gen — email, social media, podcasts, and events — targeting business owners and other decision-makers
  • Build ABM and lead-scoring programs for high-value prospects and nurture sequences tailored to each buyer profile and stage
  • Launch a partner/referral program and identify new market opportunities within the sector
  • Continuously test and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths, and partner with sales on clean lead handoff
Digital Marketing & Channels
  • Own the website and SEO, plus paid digital advertising across Google, Meta, and other platforms
  • Run content calendars across blog, social, email/SMS, and podcasts — informed by analytics to double down on what's working
  • Keep content current with service offerings and industry trends
Content, Brand & Sales Enablement
  • Write and oversee copy for the website, email, case studies, and promotional materials
  • Produce educational, expertise-led content — blog posts, whitepapers, and articles — that builds authority in dental practice management
  • Develop sales enablement assets: decks, lead magnets, infographics, and checklists
Events & Industry Relationships
  • Plan and run live events, webinars, and speaking engagements; travel as needed
  • Build relationships with industry associations and publication partners
Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and manage internal marketing staff and external vendors/agencies — setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable to results
  • Coach and develop team members, and set the tone for ownership, accountability, and execution
Analytics, Budget & Optimization
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting
  • Analyze lead quality, conversion, and ROI, and turn findings into concrete optimization moves
  • Own the marketing budget and manage spend against targets

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with real ownership of lead generation / demand generation results; selling services or products to small business owners is a strong plus
  • A self-starter who operates autonomously and takes genuine ownership of outcomes, not just activity
  • Strong project management instincts — organized, detail-oriented, and able to run multiple channels and campaigns at once without things slipping
  • Proven people leadership: experience managing, coaching, and holding a team (internal staff and/or external partners) accountable to results
  • Hands-on channel expertise across social media (Meta in particular), digital advertising, email/SMS marketing, content marketing, podcasts and blogs, and event marketing
  • An analytical mindset — comfortable in the data, drawing insight from it, and using it to improve performance
  • Experience managing a budget
  • AI-enabled: comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter, with an innovative, solution-oriented approach to problems
  • HubSpot certified (or extensive knowledge of HubSpot)
  • Proficient with technology and tools such as Slack, ClickUp, and Google Drive
  • Available to travel for events and trade shows, with some weekend travel required

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • Pipeline: a consistent flow of marketing-qualified leads that convert into closed business, at a healthy cost per acquisition
  • Growth: website traffic, email engagement, and LinkedIn following/engagement all trending up quarter over quarter
  • Events & campaigns: webinars and events that hit attendance targets and drive results for new client acquisition and client retention
  • Efficiency: a marketing budget spent deliberately against clear cost-per-lead and ROI targets
  • Impact: measurable contribution to monthly recurring revenue growth and a shorter sales cycle
  • Leadership: growth and development of team, with all team members accountable for performance

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This role offers significant room for professional growth as the firm expands, with a clear path to take on broader scope as the company scales. You'll get exposure to the full spectrum of B2B marketing inside a specialized, fast-growing niche.
