Much of our work is virtual, but-- we do travel! AND WE FREAKING LOVE IT!! And we need a ROCKSTAR to join our team as our next Dental Consultant! We will ONLY hire an individual within the states of AZ/NV, and please note that we travel NATIONWIDE, so you will be required to travel out of state for offices!

We are looking for a consultant who…. 

• Has a proven track record of exponentially growing dental practices
• Can lead team and dentists by their KPIs
• Is goal driven 
• Can coach dentists to become leaders
• Can lead and manage team meetings and one on ones
• Has experience in billing, running AR reports, adjustments, claims, etc.
• Has Increased team morale
• Can increase TX acceptance
• Can convince people to change - is the real challenge of consulting!
• Have trained teams
• Excellent communication skills
• We want mad COO skills!
