Job Summary:
The Operations Clerk is a frontline support role responsible for handling time-sensitive tasks generated by drivers in the field. This role requires professionalism, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to enforce standards while maintaining efficient workflow and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond promptly to incoming requests and issues from drivers
Coordinate service adjustments, route updates, and field dispatch tasks in real-time
Document field activity accurately and ensure timely data entry
Enforce operational procedures and escalate issues when necessary
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Support the operations team in maintaining service standards and compliance
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional and clear communicator, especially under pressure
Decisive, assertive, and comfortable making quick judgment calls
Experience in logistics, transportation, or service-based operations preferred
Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, dispatch tools, etc.)
