We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of a commercial condominium property consisting of 169 units.

Position Details:

• Part-time: 24–32 hours per week
• Responsible for routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the property
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities include:

• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• General building and grounds maintenance
• Responding to service requests in a timely manner
• Assisting with preventative maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
