We’re looking for driven individuals to join our Sales Management Trainee program. This entry-level role is designed for those who want hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and team leadership. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of our sales process at retail locations and grow into leadership responsibilities as you gain experience and hit key milestones.
What You’ll Do:
Represent our clients at top retail locations across Metro-Atlanta
Present product options to customers and drive sales through direct interaction
Assist customers with product inquiries, upgrades, and service solutions
Track and report sales performance and customer feedback
Learn how to coach new team members and support team sales goals
Participate in leadership training sessions focused on team development, client communication, and performance management
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Natural leadership ability and an eagerness to grow
Customer-facing or sales experience is a plus (but not required – we train!)
Self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and progression
