Dental Assistant (Full-Time) – Private Practice | Laurel, MT (Near Billings)

Pay: $19–$25/hour (based on experience) 

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (team arrives 30 minutes early) 

Location: Laurel, MT (15 minutes from Billings)

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures
• Take radiographs and digital scans
• Set up and break down operatories efficiently
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Educate patients on procedures and home care
• Support smooth daily clinical flow

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred (willing to train the right person!)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
