You will have an outstanding hygiene partner with our wonderful hygienist. We take great pride in providing top notch care to our  life-long and appreciative patients. Some Duties include but are not limited to:

• Welcome and greet patients
• Conduct initial oral screenings and oral cancer screenings 
• Identify conditions such as periodontal diseases and gingivitis
• Performing the appropriate oral hygiene procedure for each patient
• Educating patients on oral hygiene
• Sterilize dental instruments
• Follow infection control standards
• Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
• Reviewing a patient’s dental history
• Recommending care to improve a patient’s oral health
• Teaching patients about proper teeth cleaning techniques
• Performing preventive dental care (Prophylaxis and SRP)
• Applying fluoride/nano hydroxyapatite/SDF treatments
• Taking x-rays and reviewing them for signs of dental diseases with Pearl
• Prepare treatment plans and discuss the doctor’s recommendations

Required Skills/Abilities

• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene school
• MT Licensure
• Required – Dental Hygiene Licensure
• Preferred – Local Anesthetic Licensure
• Maintain licensure requirements
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as computer terminals, telephones and copiers

Hourly Compensation Based on experience. We offer excellent benefits including medical insurance, dental benefits, paid time off, a profit sharing 401k with matching, and AFLAC. 

We need a team player that can ideally work 4 days per week. Our office hours are 8am-5pm with an hour lunch. Team members are expected to arrive at least 30 mins before patients are scheduled.
