At Worth Painting LLC , we are looking for an experienced painter who balances high-level production with the highest standards of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with our LEAD Painter to maintain a safe, professional, and clean environment for both our TEAM and our clients. If you have the technical skills to handle various substrates and the leadership to help guide others, we want you on our crew.

Full-Phase Painting: Executing all phases of the painting and staining process, from protection and preparation to priming and finishing.
Equipment Mastery: Operating and maintaining professional gear, including pressure washers, sprayers, heaters, and various tools.
Setup & Rigging: Erecting scaffolding, ladders, according to code.
Project Management: Reading and understanding work orders
Physical Strength: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (ladders, paint, and equipment).
Comfort with Heights: You must be able to work confidently on ladders, scaffolding, and rigging.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for all team members.
Reliable Transportation: Necessary for travel between job sites.
Background Check: All applicants must pass a background check.
Professional Development: Continued training and safety certifications provided.
