We are looking for a motivated Apprentice to join our TEAM and learn the trade from the ground up through hands-on, video, and field instruction. If you have a professional attitude and a hunger to learn, we’ll provide the tools and training to turn you into a pro.
Earn While You Learn: Get paid to master skills ranging from professional prepping and finishing to staining and equipment maintenance.
Variety of Work: No two days are the same—you will work on diverse projects across the industry to build a broad base of knowledge.

Assisting our Craftspeople in all phases of the painting and staining process.
Working at Heights: Setting up and climbing scaffolding, ladders safely to get the job done.
Operating and maintaining professional gear like pressure washers, and sprayers
Representing the company with a professional appearance and top-tier communication.
Not afraid of heights: You must be comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding.
Valid Driver’s License.
Reliable transportation
Background Check: All applicants must pass a background check.
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
