Worth Painting, LLC has one (1) Sales Representative position to fill in the Winston-Salem, NC area.
-Not everyone will qualify so please read the requirements carefully.
-First year, on-goal total compensation $65,000 with $150,000 cap.
-We are seeking a TEAM Player who has integrity, empathic, motivated, and goal oriented!
-You need a competitive spirit and a desire to implement change and personal improvement.
-This Territory will be 70% focused on commercial projects.(some travel required)
-You must live within 30 min of Winston Salem.
-You must have experience selling to residential and commercial (B2B) customers.
-You must be able to analyze required documents, blue prints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of projects.
-You use a consultative approach to selling, have good listening and questioning skills, excellent relationship building skills, and sell on value not price. Superior personal organization skills and use a CRM.
-Excellent writing and presentation skills.
-You will be provided with existing accounts and new leads. You must also proactively build a solid pipeline of qualified leads and new opportunities.
