Paws At Play, a leading boarding & daycare facility, is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our facility, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our furry guests and their owners. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Management department.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility
• Oversee and coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for staff, animals, and visitors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Interview, hire, and train new employees
• Develop and implement staff schedules
• Manage and monitor facility supplies and inventory
• Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Resolve any facility-related issues and emergencies
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare reports and presentations on facility performance

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in facility management or related field
• Prior experience in facility management or a similar role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety protocols
• Proficient in accounting and administrative tasks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and orderliness
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances
• Ability to work well within a team and lead by example
