We’re looking for motivated college students who want more than “just a summer job.” This is a hands-on opportunity to learn teamwork, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and leadership while working outdoors alongside a supportive team. What You’ll Do:
Drive a company vehicle to active job sites serving the surrounding Indianapolis Area
Distribute door hangers to surrounding homes
Represent ALL IN Painting with a professional and upbeat attitude
Log your route and report basic updates to our team
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who isn’t afraid of rejection or the occasional grumpy neighbor ????
A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized
Friendly, respectful, and comfortable talking to people when needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
What You Get:
$15 to $18/hour based on experience
Company vehicle and gas card provided during work hours
Flexible schedule (16 - 24 hours/week)
Great experience in marketing, branding, and community engagement
