No somos la típica empresa de pintura. Tratamos a nuestros subcontratistas como a nuestros clientes. Vendemos a un precio premium para que tú también ganes un premium, lo que significa que ganarás entre un 10% y un 20% más que con nuestros competidores.
Nuestro proceso de contratación es simple. Asegúrate de proporcionar tu formulario W9 y un certificado de seguro que incluya compensación laboral. Luego, vienes a conocernos, te contamos todo lo que necesitas saber sobre trabajar aquí, y después tú decides si es una buena opción. No al revés. Estamos absolutamente honrados de que estés interesado en trabajar con ALL IN.
Si te encanta cuidar de los clientes, quieres ganar más dinero, cobrar más rápido y ser tratado como parte de la familia — no busques más. Nos enorgullece tener una comunicación directa, y si tú no tienes éxito, nosotros tampoco.
Requisitos del trabajo:
Más de 5 años de experiencia trabajando para una empresa profesional de pintura
Ser confiable, tener una fuerte ética de trabajo, alta integridad y estar libre de drogas
Proporcionar W9 y certificado de seguro, incluyendo compensación laboral
Somos una de las empresas de repintado residencial/comercial mejor calificadas en el área — y tenemos más que suficiente trabajo para mantenerte ocupado incluso en invierno.

All IN Painting has been in business since January 2016 starting out with a mini-van, an extension ladder, and a painter with an entrepreneur dream. It didn’t take long to realize the need for a full crew based on the amount and size of jobs being requested. Since then we have grown by a full crew each year and now have 3 locations with plans to have 50.
We started All IN Painting with the idea to just show up on time, do what we say we’re going to do, and give our clients a professional experience. As time has gone on, we realized that if we wanted to create the best experience for our clients we needed to create the best experience for our employees too. In 2018, we began developing a career focused environment by improving our systems and training opportunities both on and off the job-site. We will continue to expand and grow the company withholding core values that benefit both the client and the employee.
