Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a paint crew, opening and closing jobs with the the customer. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial repaint, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Description of Duties:
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio demonstrating past projects.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Compensation:
Bi-weekly Pay
1 Week Paid Time Off after 6 months of employment
