Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a paint crew, opening and closing jobs with the the customer. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial repaint, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Description of Duties: 

  • Must be on job site daily from start to finish. This position requires running 1 job at a time but also attending the needs of any past project or upcoming project coordination.
  • Follow the Project Checklist.
  • Complete Planning Forms, Dailies, and Materials Tracking Sheet.
  • Must have knowledge of the proper use of paint sprayer, power washer, and power tools.
  • Keep an accurate account of each employee working on job and report daily employee hours on daily.
  • Must possess knowledge of products and All-IN Painting standard product list.  
  • Monitor employee attendance, appearance, language, and proper use of equipment.
  • Order sufficient materials needed for the job in an efficient manner, i.e use vendor delivery
  • Deal with customers’ questions and concerns on the job-site daily.  
  • Report job progress daily to customer and Field Supervisor.
  • Report concerns and/or problems to the Field Supervisor immediately.
  • It is the Crew Leaders responsibility to:
  • Explain the scope of work and initial walk around with the client and crew.
  • Have the estimate form signed by customer before and after start.
  • Ensure that the hold harmless agreement is signed off for any furniture or  t.v. handlings.
  • Explain the report card at the beginning to the client and get back at the end of the job.
  • Provide an accurate Final Invoice and Collect final payment in full on the last day of the job.
  • To do a final walk-thru with the customer. 



Skills & Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio demonstrating past projects.

  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.



Compensation: 

 Bi-weekly Pay

1 Week Paid Time Off after 6 months of employment
