Salary Range:  $62000 - $102000 year

Description of Duties for Branch Manager: 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure estimates are developed within project goals, projects meet profitability goals, and meet client expectations. 

  • Ensure projects are estimated according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes.  

  • Prepare detailed Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders and Change Orders.  

  • Assist with the development of schedules with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates.  

  • Provide clear direction to team members to ensure project targets are achieved.  

  • Attend Project Meetings with multiple stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identify solutions to support ongoing projects.  

  • Attend Planning Meetings to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets.  

  • Pursue professional development by attending GSR Meetings.  

  • Lead clients through an exceptional experience when working on projects. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet milestones and completion dates. Provide clear direction to team members, ensuring project targets are achieved. Lead project meetings with crews to set goals and project expectations. 

  • Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for project quality, schedule and financial targets. 

  • Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, crews, materials, coding, forecasts and billings. 

  • Support employees through coaching, professional development, team meetings and Goal Setting and Review (GSRs) Meetings. 

  • Ensure employees and subcontractors are communicating with clients professionally and appropriately. 

  • Support and maintain healthy, happy work environments and company culture. Maintain a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites. 

  • Schedule, organize and order materials. 

  • Ensure proper preparation and application of primers, paints, stains and enamels. Conduct project inspections and organize sign-off of projects. 


Skills & Requirements for Branch Manager: 

  • Five years managing painting projects (leading multiple crews simultaneously) General knowledge of painting CRM systems 

  • Level 2 painting skills 

  • Minimum of 5 years estimating projects in the construction industry.   

  • Experience with construction management software tools and current technology.  

  • Effective time and priority management 

  • Experience with techniques and applications 

Branch Manager Compensation: 

Competitive salary plus commission
