The Udder Bar is a family owned and operated Ice Cream Parlor located in the West End of Allentown, Pa. We opened our doors in 2017.
We are looking for a dependable, honest, and out-going Leader with great customer service to work 25 to 35 hours a week. If you want to work for a small business and want to be treated like part of the family, than this is the job for you!
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Must be 18 years of age and can work 25 to 35 hours a week (flexible hours)
- Must have lead experience in a fast paced/quick service restaurant
- Experience leading a mid-size team (12 to 30 employees)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Food Certification (Preferred not a must)
- Experience with inventory procedures
- Experience with store processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be willing to cover shifts as needed
- Food experience a must
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Be a leader with great organizational skills
- Prepare ice cream, milkshake, and sundaes for both customers and third party delivery services
- Help Train and hire new employees
- Must be outgoing and hardworking
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements
