Martin Painting & Coating Co. is seeking an experienced Commercial Wallcovering Installer to install wallcoverings on commercial projects. The ideal candidate has professional experience with commercial wallcovering installation, careful surface preparation, accurate measurements, and detailed finishing.
Prepare commercial wall surfaces for wallcovering installation.
Inspect surfaces and identify conditions requiring additional preparation.
Measure and cut wallcovering materials accurately.
Apply appropriate adhesives and install wallcoverings according to project specifications.
Align patterns and seams for a consistent, professional finish.
Trim edges and complete detailed finishing work.
Protect adjacent surfaces and furnishings during installation.
Maintain installation tools and equipment.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Follow project requirements and jobsite safety procedures.
Previous commercial wallcovering installation experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to measure, cut, align, and install wallcoverings.
Strong attention to detail and finish quality.
Ability to use installation tools safely.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Reliable transportation required.
Smartphone required for timesheets and work-related communication.
