Prepare, clean, and maintain surfaces for painting and coating.
Apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment.
Perform commercial and industrial painting on a variety of surfaces.
Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and respirators.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Reliable transportation.
Commercial or industrial painting experience preferred.
Must be clean-shaven to safely wear a respirator when required.
Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
