Industrial Maintenance Painter

Martin Painting & Coating is hiring Industrial Maintenance Painters to join our experienced commercial and industrial painting team. For over 70 years, we have provided high-quality painting and coating services throughout Ohio, building a reputation for excellence, integrity, and employee ownership.

As an Industrial Maintenance Painter, you will perform surface preparation and coating application on industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and commercial buildings. We are looking for dependable individuals who value safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, cleaning, and masking
• Apply paints and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Operate lifts and access equipment safely
• Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Deliver quality workmanship on commercial and industrial projects

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be clean-shaven to properly wear a respirator when required
• Commercial and/or industrial painting experience preferred
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
