Martin Painting is hiring a Field Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple job sites, supporting a team of 150+ commercial painters. We're looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures quality outcomes, and leads with respect and integrity.

Your Impact:

• Lead daily operations and coordinate workforce across projects
• Deliver safe, timely, high-quality work in collaboration with foremen and project managers
• Guide, mentor, and hold your team accountable to Martin standards
• Track progress, enforce safety, and maintain compliance
• Report site conditions and job statuses using mobile technology

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of field painting experience, 1+ year in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of coatings, sequencing, and crew oversight
• Tech confidence—daily reporting via tablet and apps
• Great communication and organization skills
• Clean driving and criminal record
