Are you an experienced painting professional who can stay organized? Martin Painting is looking for a Field Superintendent to manage job site execution and team performance across our growing portfolio of commercial and industrial projects.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Oversee day-to-day field activities for 150 painters
• Ensure safety, schedule, and quality are always top priority
• Mentor foremen and field crew members
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, and safety staff
• Enforce safety policies and submit digital reports

What We're Looking For:

• Commercial/industrial painting experience (2+ years), with 1+ year leading teams
• Strong field knowledge and crew management skills
• Tech-savvy enough to handle apps, project software, and digital logs
• A clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record
