At Martin Painting, we’re looking for a Field Superintendent ready to lead with confidence, oversee a wide range of painting projects, and develop future leaders. If you’re ready to step into a role that requires hustle, people skills, and technical know-how, we want to hear from you.

You Will:

• Manage field operations and coordinate up to 150 painters
• Keep jobs running safely, smoothly, and on schedule
• Mentor and support foremen to ensure quality and productivity
• Stay hands-on in problem solving and site oversight
• Leverage tech tools for reporting and communication

You Bring:

• 2+ years commercial/industrial painting industry experience
• At least 1 year leading teams or field crews
• Comfort using mobile software and digital systems
• Organizational and communication strength
• Valid driver’s license, clean background
