Martin Painting is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead and manage a team of approximately 150 painters across various job sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the demands of the field, and is ready to grow with a company that values leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and manpower allocation
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards
• Support, lead and mentor foremen and field staff to uphold quality, efficiency, and teamwork
• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and safety personnel
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress tracking
• Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols
• Complete daily safety and job status reports 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial painting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of coatings, surface prep, and job sequencing
• Comfortable with technology—must be able to use project tracking software, mobile apps, and digital reporting tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving and criminal record
