Job Description

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician at Window Cleaning Louisville, you will be at the forefront of our home and business exterior cleaning services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exemplary service and will be a key player in the operational excellence that drives our business forward. This role requires dedication to safety protocols and customer satisfaction while effectively managing time and resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning services including but not limited to window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing of residential and commercial properties.
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained and in proper working order.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all team members and clients.
• Manage project timelines and efficiently complete tasks to meet or exceed the daily performance benchmarks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with each project completed.
• Report any accidents, potential hazards or abnormal situations to the supervisor promptly.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-enhancement opportunities.
• Provide on-site evaluations and recommendations for customers to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in the provided uniform during working hours.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, and comfortably work at heights when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders safely.
• Experience in exterior cleaning or related field preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and skill training.
