Compensation & Growth

  • $18–$25/hr base pay (depending on experience)

  • Performance pay: Top performers earn $55k–$75k+ annually

  • Bonuses & spiffs tied directly to sales booked — every call matters

  • Fast-track promotions: CSR → Sales Lead → Office Manager → $80k+ (top performers advance within 12–18 months)

 What Success Looks Like

  • Make 75+ outbound calls/day with energy and focus

  • Convert 25–30% of calls into booked jobs

  • Hit daily/weekly revenue targets and track progress in CRM

  • Consistently outperform peers — and get rewarded for it

  • Be the first voice of our brand — answering inbound calls and making outbound cold calls with professionalism and drive

  • Follow up on leads and past customers to maximize revenue

  • Keep calendars, notes, and CRM perfectly updated

  • Deliver world-class service while hitting aggressive performance goals
