Compensation & Growth
$18–$25/hr base pay (depending on experience)
Performance pay: Top performers earn $55k–$75k+ annually
Bonuses & spiffs tied directly to sales booked — every call matters

Follow up on leads and past customers to maximize revenue
Keep calendars, notes, and CRM perfectly updated
