As a Color Designer & Client Concierge, you'll work independently, setting your own hours and building a rewarding career around your family's needs. You'll collaborate with clients in their homes, guiding them through the exciting process of transforming their spaces with color, style, and expert coordination.

What You'll Do

• Inspire Clients:  Help clients discover the full potential of their homes through personalized color consultations and design guidance.
• Coordinate Projects:  Manage project timelines, communicate with contractors, and ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for clients.
• Be the HGTV Expert: Guide clients through every step of the design process, from color selection to final touches, creating an experience that feels like their own home makeover show.
• Build Your Business (Optional):  Source your own leads and make sales for additional income, or leverage your role to build your own design practice.

How You'll Earn

You'll be paid a generous percentage of the projects you manage, with the opportunity to increase your income by sourcing your own leads or offering additional design services to clients.

• Talented Designer: You have a keen eye for color, style, and a passion for creating inspiring spaces.
• Organized & Communicative: You excel at both written and verbal communication, and you're a master of organization and project management.
• Tech-Savvy: You're proficient with Google Workspace and other tools for collaboration and communication.
• People Person: You're a natural at building rapport with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Connected: You have a network within the community and a desire to connect with potential clients.
