- Rotating Weekends (Every Other Weekend):
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sundays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

THE MISSION
The Assistant Property Manager plays a critical on-site leadership role, supporting the Property Manager while directly owning key operational, financial, and leasing functions. This role is hands-on and accountability-driven.
You are responsible for driving leasing activity, maintaining strong collections, supporting resident relations, and ensuring the property operates efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with LVL Living standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support Property Operations
- Assist in managing daily operations including leasing, resident relations, compliance, and reporting
- Ensure the property remains clean, professional, safe, and market-ready at all times
- Identify issues proactively and address them with urgency and follow-through
Drive Leasing, Outreach & Marketing
- Execute leasing activity with professionalism and urgency
- Conduct follow-ups, tours, and application processing
- Support outreach marketing initiatives, including resident events and local engagement
- Manage and assist with social media presence and online marketing efforts to drive traffic and lead generation
- Ensure accurate and timely updates across all listing platforms
Own Collections & Revenue Support
- Maintain strong rent collections and delinquency follow-up
- Communicate professionally and consistently with residents regarding balances and payment plans
- Support financial tracking, reporting, and accuracy
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining compliance and professionalism
Resident Experience & Compliance
- Address resident concerns with professionalism, firmness, and fairness
- Enforce lease terms and community policies consistently
- Maintain accurate documentation and files that are audit-ready
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance in all interactions
Support the On-Site Team
- Work collaboratively with the Property Manager, leasing, and maintenance teams
- Uphold expectations, standards, and accountability daily
- Assist with coordination of turns, work orders, and move-ins/move-outs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Strong collections experience (required)
- Strong leasing and sales skills (required)
- Outreach marketing and social media experience (required)
- Prior multifamily property management experience (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency with property management software (Rent Manager, I LOVE LEASING or similar preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
